M/s Paulose George Construction Company (P) Ltd. is in the business of executing Civil Engineering Contracts. The company is an offshoot of the erstwhile Partnership firm M/s. Paulose George Construction Company who were Civil Engineering Contractors for more than eight years. The Company has grown into a Rs. 20 crore turnover company within a period of eight years from year 2000 when a partnership firm was first formed and registered with the Registrar of Firms, Kerala to venture into Civil Engineering Construction Contracts. For the financial year 2007-08 our turn over was 20.35 crores. During the current year 2008-09 the Company is expecting to achieve a gross turnover of Rs. 25 Crores.

M/s Paulose George Construction Company was a Joint Stock Company within the meaning of Section 566 of the Companies Act 1956. The partners of the firm unanimously decided to convert and register M/s Paulose George Construction Company as a company with limited liability to facilitate the expansion of its business activities. Accordingly the Company under the name and style ’Paulose George Construction Company Pvt. Ltd.’ was Registered as a Limited Company in October 2008 to continue the business as going concern by taking over the assets and liabilities, contractual obligations, industrial experience, registration with Governments and other Institutions, etc. of the erstwhile partnership company. The Authorised Capital of the Company is Rs. 1,00,00,000/- (Rupees one crore) divided into 1,00,000 shares of Rs. 100/- each and the authorized capital is fully subscribed by the signatories to the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company. We are ‘A’ class-registered contractors of Kerala PWD, MES and also Public Sector Companies like The Kerala Minerals and Metals Ltd., Kerala State Construction Corporation Ltd., and BPCL-Kochi Refinery etc.

The company has several running contracts awarded by Kerala State Electricity Board, BPCL, BHEL, Cochin Corporation, FACT and all these contracts are in the different stages of completion.
